Dr Bert Ballard is a Vietnamese adoptee and Communications Researcher who is currently on sabbatical visiting Australia. He has been visiting the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney doing interviews with adoptees and is also collecting data on their experiences once.
