Simon Keogh came to Melbourne, Australia in 1973. His first three months was spent at the Providence Orphanage in Can Tho.  Simon was both a member of AVI (Adopted Vietnamese International) and also a volunteer for ICASN (as one of the State reps for Victoria) as well as at the Adoption Information Service (AIS).  In the latter role he advised on a government sponsored forum that focuses on intercountry adoption, post-adoption support, foster care and birth family issues.
